The national park
One of the most beautiful areas for spending a short break is hidden down in the South of Germany. The Bavarian Forest has more to offer than an attractive landscape. Deggendorf is an interesting place to visit with it´s pretty old walled town and the tower on the town hall. You have to see the haunted fairy-tale castle in Lam, in each room is a scene from a different fairy tale. Definitely worth seeing!
